Users agree to:

- Maintain account confidentiality
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not upload harmful or illegal content
Users are responsible for the content they create or share.
4. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content:
- May be inaccurate or incomplete
- Should not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- Is generated automatically without human review
Users remain responsible for how AI outputs are used.
5. Event Disclaimer
NotesBy provides scheduling infrastructure only.
We are not responsible for:
- Session content
- Host or attendee conduct
- Cancellations or disruptions
- Third-party service outages (including Google services)
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and design belong to NotesBy.
Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant NotesBy a limited license to process and display it for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NotesBy shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss beyond reasonable control
- Third-party outages
- User misuse
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
