3. AI Features
When using AI-powered features:
- Prompts and generated responses may be processed to provide functionality.
- We do not sell AI interaction data.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
- Users are responsible for how they use AI outputs.
- We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve platform performance.
4. Google Calendar Integration
If a host connects their Google account:
- We request the
calendar.eventsscope. - We create, update, and delete calendar events for sessions created in NotesBy.
- We generate Google Meet links.
- We add registered attendees to session events.
- We update or delete events when sessions are modified or canceled.
- We do not access unrelated calendar events.
Hosts may revoke Google access at any time through their Google account settings.
Attendees are not required to grant Google permissions.
NotesBy complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and uses Google data solely for event management purposes.
5. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Store notes and content
- Provide AI features
- Manage events and registrations
- Send confirmations and notifications
- Maintain system security
- Improve platform performance
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Sharing
We may share data with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email service providers
- AI processing providers
- Google services (when authorized by hosts)
- Legal authorities if required by law
We do not share personal data for advertising resale.
